| CERTIFIED COATING INSPECTOR TRAINING & CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME- LEVEL 1/2 - 28 JULY TO 5 AUG 08Setsco Services Pte Ltd in collaboration with M/s WAUGH Technical Services, UK, is pleased to offer for the First time the Level 1/ 2 Integrated Coating Inspector Training Course from the 28 July to 1 Aug 2008. The Certification examination which follows the Training Course will be conducted by the Singapore Welding Society under the International Coating Approval Scheme (SWS ICAS) from the 2 to 5 August 2008.

| Article on Transition Arrangements and Access RoutesS-ANB Transition Agreements & Access Routes to IIW Diplomas.SWS is pleased to announce that, at the recent meeting of the International Authorisation Board (IAB) Group B of the International Institute of Welding (IIW) on 14 and 15 January 2008 in Paris, SWS was granted 1-year preliminary authorisation status as an IIW-approved Authorised National Body (ANB), thereinafter known as S-ANB. Full authorisation status would only be granted after a full initial successful audit by IIW some time at the middle of this year.
